Private residence in the panorama of Voula

This is a residence that impresses with its unique architecture and aesthetics, in which we applied a wide variety of our constructions.
The building's facade has been protected from the sun with a series of metal projected electric sunshades clad in bamboo wood.
A highlight of the residence is the construction of large-sized electrically operated vertical windows in the living room that offer an excellent view of the Saronic Gulf.
In order to serve the design philosophy of the project, our company additionally constructed and implemented:
• Supreme S650 PHOS sliding systems in large openings in all areas of the residence with mounted "hidden" type security roller shutters.
• Corner frame constructions with mounted corner shade roller blinds & electric screens, enhancing the sense of freedom with the external environment.
• Exterior metal fencing of special architecture
• External electric central pivot gate of the same design as the fence
• 5-level internal metal staircase
• Perforated decorative aluminum sheets in the pool area
• Glass floors at the bottom of the pool
• Glass parapets
• Glass interior partitions with thin aluminum sections.
