What is sublimation and why should you choose it?;

Sublimation is a painting method that allows the combination of the aesthetics of wood or other materials such as cement or copper with aluminum profiles, offering unique aesthetics. The production process is the same as that of electrostatic painting with two additional steps between painting and polymerization:

  • The vacuum application of a thermosensitive film (plastic films that depict the desired pattern printed with special inks) onto the painted surface of the profiles
  • The thermal transfer of inks onto the painted surface of the profiles

Sublimation is a unique surface treatment that provides:

  • Aesthetics: Unique aesthetics, which is often required in traditional settlements and rural applications
  • Color Stability: All options in the new sublimation collection use ultra-resistant powders (Qualicoat Class 2) as a base, and therefore the deterioration of color and gloss from sunlight is minimal.
  • Ease of Maintenance: A simple rinse with water or the use of a mild detergent will bring the electrostatically painted surface to its original condition.
