PRODUCTION PREPERATION
For the production of all our constructions we use special software from Logical, which is for us the complete tool for costing, processing and producing aluminium frames, curtain-walls and all kinds of our constructions, giving a perfect result with emphasis on detail and absolute precision.
It is a program built and linked to the database of every extrusion company we manufacture, something that allows us to produce structures strictly according to their specifications.

PRODUCTION FACILITIES
With the use of state-of-the-art CNC machinery and 2500m2 proprietary facilities, we are always at the forefront of technological developments. The state-of-the-art technology coupled with our ability to offer customized solutions make us one of the most competitive companies in the industry.
PROFILES CUTTING PROCEDURE
The cutting procedure of the aluminium frames, is being done with state of the art special machinery CNC, of the Italian firm EMMEGI, all of which are networked together with the software system of the company that produces the aluminium systems that we manufacture. Giving absolute precision of cutting, for all lengths of the profiles of structures, according to the system specifications, without the intervention of a human hand, but also the possibility of barcode printing, to separate the pieces, to be subsequently recognized for machining by the other relevant machinery.
PROFILE PROCESSING
All the aluminium profiles of all our constructions are also processed, with state of the art special machinery CNC, of the Italian firm EMMEGI. Are similarly transferred from the software system to the network, prior barcode printing from the cutting machines is recognized, offering precise but also fast accomplishment of all our works, in accordance with the specifications of the systems we manufacture without the intervention of a human hand.
ASSEMBLY PROCESS
In TechnikAL we have special electronic presses in order to achieve the perfect connection of the aluminium profiles, ‘’corner crimping machine’’. This way we achieve the perfect alignment during the assembly process and the perfect operation of the structures.
MECHANISM MOUNTING PROCEDURE
For the correct and precise installation of aluminium frame mechanism we use a special machinery with the ability to automatically measure the frames and cut the mechanism.
It has a chasing tool with automatic screw feed laser, for screwing mechanisms.

In our company we own two modern & stylish showrooms, one in Glyfada at 26 Vouliagmenis Avenue, and one in Maroussi at 145 Kifissias Avenue, where you can find the full range of aluminium designs and colors of our products, including external aluminum frames, curtain walls and atriums, special constructions, external shutters etc.
Our engineering and sales team offer complete technical services, solutions and detailed technical plans for individuals, architects, construction companies and manufacturers.
They prepare complete project files with detailed technical solutions & propose specifications and system typologies.

Training of employees on quality issues
Paying close attention to the importance of the human factor for achieving high quality, we define specific quality control instructions for each position, which must be followed carefully. In addition, there are regular training sessions seminars on new products, as well as retraining for the existing ones.
