etalbond® is a first class composite sandwich panel consisting of a non-toxic polyethylene core firmly bonded between thin aluminium foils on the front and back. etalbond® sheets are produced in different thicknesses of 2.3 and 5 mm with 0.5 aluminium foils, standard sheet widths of 1250, 1500 mm and lengths from 2000 to 7000 mm. The total thickness of etalbond® is therefore 3.4 and 6 mm.
The connection of the aluminum sheets to the core is achieved by high compression of the three parts (two aluminum sheets welded together with polyethylene) resulting in a strong and extremely rigid flat sheet composite panel. etalbond® is ideal for use in severe environmental conditions, such as in polluted urban and industrial areas, as the panels are practically maintenance-free and easy to clean.
